Spin To Win - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The spin wheel promotion ("Spin To Win") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Absolutely Desi and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

2. How to Enter:

  • To enter the Promotion, participants must provide full name and email address, confirm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, and press the ‘Try my Luck’ button in Absolutely Desi website.  The wheel will then spin and you will find out which discount voucher you have won. The voucher code will be notified to you by email( (the email address given at entry) 
  • The promotion is limited to one entry per email address per day.

3. Prize Codes:

  • Each prize code generated by the spin wheel can be used only once.
  • Codes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

4. Prize Redemption:

  • Prizes will be in the form of discount vouchers redeemable on purchases at Absolutely Desi.
  • The minimum purchase requirements for each discount voucher are as follows:
    • To avail £10 discount, minimum purchase should be £45 or above.
    • To avail £20 discount, minimum purchase should be £65 or above.
    • To avail £30 discount, minimum purchase should be £105 or above.
    • To avail £50 discount, minimum purchase should be £200 or above.
    • To avail Buy 2 Get 1 Free, customers must have at least three items in their cart and the value of the free item cannot exceed £40. If the value of the free item is more than £40, the balance will be charged.
  • Additionally, to avail the free gift, customers must:
    • Place an order of above £25 on the Absolutely Desi website.
    • Send a screenshot of the discount coupon received, along with the order number, to [email protected]. 
  • The free gift will be chosen solely by Absolutely Desi and will be sent along with the order upon verification of the screenshot and order number.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.

5. Limitations:

  • Only one spin per day is allowed per participant.
  • Each prize code must be redeemed on a purchase before another spin can be taken.
  • Codes are valid for 7 days and must be used within this time frame.

6. Purchasing Channels:

  • Absolutely Desi reserves the right to limit or vary the range of purchasing channels due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy Policy:

  • Participants must accept the terms and conditions of use and agree that their data will be handled in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy.

8. Governing Law:

  • The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Sponsor:

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored.

10. Dispute Resolution and Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the event of any dispute regarding the spin wheel promotion, discount vouchers, free gift, or any other related matters, the decision of the Absolutely Desi is final.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may affect the conduct of the promotion or the availability of prizes, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, force majeure events, or any other factors beyond the control of the Absolutely Desi, the Absolutely Desi reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding any such disputes or substitutions.

11. Void Where Prohibited:

  • The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
